started another 90 days journey and quit at DAY 80 cos the scale wasn't showing any progress... well so far after stopping for 4 months i realise that the scale wasn't moving down but it wasn't moving up either...
i am now 3kilos up so indeed the scale was showing me something ...
the problem is (and will always be) my nutrition, i refuse to follow any diet or anything restriction types... and for that to remain i need to continue doing sport, getting fit... and if really i find the motivation to lose weight it will have to come from increasing sport level :p
