Warm Ups and Cool Down

before stretching anything you need to warm up your muscles (otherwise hello tear)

this is briana's video very clear and it makes it easy time wise

just do your normal warm up from Paul :)
cool down
same but longer and use your breath
it is said to do 8'' stretch to warm up, 16'' to cool down
danseurs can stay for 30'' or 45'' to lengthen muscles (and flexibility)
