BBM 2.0 or not

hello ladies and lads
well it is one of those days where you have your mind set up on something
such as me starting again the BBM for 90 days and setting up some friends to accompany me
and then gaze over briana's website to find she has planned 4 weeks of work-outs until the next challenge May 5th so now it is time to choose
and i don't know if i mentionned i'm a pure piscean and thus any choice is like torture for me
do i stick to my original idea and jump straight away in another 90 days challenge or do i switch and do a 4 weeks follow up and then start a 90days...
i was oscillating between the two when i realised nothing stopped me from doing both
i mean 3 days a week that'd be two muscles strengthening and 3 days will be cardio, probably 20mn HIIT session and 45 mn brisk walk...
so i guess nothing stops me from joining the two and having a 30mn session instead of a 8 to 10mn three times a week and an hour long cardio...
i mean it makes sense to me (i hope it does it for you too)
so here it is

fit test (so 8mn roughly)

and because i am THIS focused on getting back into my before pregnancy weight before heading to Dublin for two weeks i am also adding an hour of tennis game tonight with a 15year old boy (so I should be dead alright I MUST REMEMBER TO STRETCH OR TOMORROW CARDIO WILL HURT!!!)

Just because i don't know how often i'll get a chance to update,
Monday, Wednesday and Friday will be the above strenght work out
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday will be an hour long cardio (20mn HIIT session plus 45mn brisk walk)
