ok i was busy struggling with my life but still duh!!!
so now i'm 22 days behind and i need a week to psych myself into it so i'll be doing it 29 days behind
oh well better than never !!

and we're at the same point...baby fat to lose, excess of fat carried around but focused

ok now the fun part is i didn't find a way to do it only to start at the beginning of august !! and alone...
if you don't know why this matter check her output accountability partner is essential to the process cos there are times (plenty for me) when you don't feel like doing it, sticking with it, trusting the process...etc... and seeing i didn't have anyone, didn't have the motivation i pushed it back...so now i've established procrastination is an easy way to fall down on your are and get not moving...so i decided to do it alone, i am my accountability partner and i have to say so far so good, three days in a row life threw me obstacles and i had to do the BBM at night (sometimes after bed times for the kiddies) and it was sooooo much tougher that i realized i wouldn't last the 90 days if i didn't address that issue...
i am so NOT a morning person but i discovered i will be a night time give upper for sure cos it is 100 times harder at time for me to find the motivation and the strength... so i need to do my BBM routine in the morning every morning so it is out of the way and the little nagging voice in my head whispering "oh don't do it tonight it's okay take it as you rest day" won't be so hard to fight :p
so monday 15 of august will be my DAY 15 of the BBM 5.0 and briana has finished her 90 days challenge on saturday (yesterday) and is now doing a 6 weeks couple challenge!
so i have decided (and hope to stick to it) to obviously continue my 90 days till completion but also join her in 6 weeks for her second round of 90 days (on top of my 33days left of the 90 days)
so that should be interesting to see if i can managed two work outs in a day :p
The last day of MY 90 Days BBM 5.0 challenge is on the 15th of October 2016
My personal objectif is 69 so let's keep our fingers crossed and our minds focused :p
