day by day

so here it is from
DAY 58
tennis day...well it used to be my favourite but that day my teacher blew some steam and gave me an earful (well both of us) so put me right back in a dark place (personnally) where i have to address my inability to verbalise frustation over my unfit state (or lack of control over mybody etc...)
but it was intense nonetheless so cardio day check

DAY 59
work out day (3 sets) was done and well done, slight improvement here and there
but man was v tired after it all but delighted with myself

DAY 60
was great cos it was with my GAP so we did a normal cardio session 45'mn brisk walk followed by the 20mn HIIT session planned by Brianna
but that day was also a night shoot for me leading to getting into bed at 2am and the next day i felt like doing nothing
and so i did (tsk tsktsk)
didn't bother me much thinking of well friday will be my REST DAY and i'll saturday and sunday instead no biggie (or so i thought)

DAY 61

work turned into shoot turned into another shoot turned into bed and before you know it you realise you DID NOT do the work out of the day ....and this is bad, so you feel bad you lie in bed thinking well i'll pack both the work out and the 20mn HIIT session tomorrow
