wow another FAIL

i cannot believe the last time i spoke (wrote) to you was ten days ago
shame shame shame
especially when i actually wrote
it is the lack of planning that lead me to skipping TWO sessions
and here i go and do it all again
yes indeed lack of planning in writing to you twice a week (three times if i were purrrrfect)
and it is NOT good....
so here it is now, i shall babble on for a tad too long again due to my lack of planning!!!
ACTUALLY Before we get into each day routine (or lack of)
here's a summary of what happened
This week has been very hard on the motivation front, both in the keeping the program AND (and foremost) the nutrition plan, slipped back and feeling hungry most of the times
not sure why but it could be the honeymoon phasing out you were talking about
but it is a struggle everyday not to stuff my face
so i decided (after 5 days of craziness in nutrition, binge eating and birthday celebrations)
that if i couldn’t stop myself from sticking to the program
i should increase my calorie burns
so today was the second day to follow your daily plan (as usual) BUT adding 20mn HIIT to it
and i feel good about it
which is a nice change.
Thankfully my GAP (great accountability partner) has hit the same wall of we couldn’t find a way to push further so we both decided that we will meet EVERY DAY until we’re back on track (both nutrition AND exercise) and we’ve come the other side of that damn wall :)
so once again thanks to Brianna for inspiring us, for being vulnerable (struggling at times while doing it, shows us if SHE (sick as she was) CAN DO IT, so CAN WE)
and yay day 68 done and done :p
